Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle/shotgun ammunition; 21 or older for handguns, firearm frames/receivers, and handgun ammunition. You must be legally eligible to possess firearms and ammunition under federal, state, and local law.

Firearms & FFL Transfers

All firearms must be shipped to a licensed FFL (Federal Firearms Licensee) dealer. We cannot ship firearms to residential addresses or P.O. boxes. You must provide a valid FFL for shipment and complete the required background check (Form 4473) at the FFL. By purchasing a firearm, you certify that you are the actual buyer, legally eligible to possess it, and that it is legal in your jurisdiction.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders. Payment must be received before shipment.

Shipping & Restrictions

We ship to most states. Firearms, ammunition, and certain items are subject to state and local restrictions. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your location. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders to restricted jurisdictions. We comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Limitation of Liability

Modular Gunworks LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.
