2. We will provide a return authorization and instructions.
3. Ship the item to the address we provide.
4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receipt.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We will replace or refund as appropriate.
