- Choose a suppressor or SBR from our catalog and complete checkout. Orders ship only after we verify eligibility and receiving arrangements.
- File ATF Form 4 (dealer transfer) or Form 1 where applicable. Pay the federal tax stamp. Individual, trust, or corporate applicants must meet federal and state law.
- We coordinate shipping to Modular Gunworks as your dealer, or to another eligible FFL when required. Do not expect residential delivery of NFA firearms.
- After ATF approval, complete the transfer at the receiving FFL (Form 4473 / NICS as required) and take possession lawfully.
You must be legally eligible to possess NFA items where you live. Some states and localities ban or restrict suppressors and SBRs. We may refuse or cancel orders that cannot be completed lawfully.
